the bathroom was not very claen i did nit like the soap at the wll this is not very hygienic, better little soap in paper for one stay

This is an ibis hotel and it had the most helpful & friendly English speaking staff I have ever come across anywhere on the continent. The helpful receptionist tracked down a lost item at another hotel in the south of France for me and organised it to be sent to an address of my choice. Absolutely fantastic service. P.S. - Room was lovely & breakfast was great too!!

Well situated for walking into town and near a pretty park. Plenty of hot water. Car park in a secure courtyard. Lift to the rooms. Breakfast good.

Could have done with more than one pillow and towel. Reception on arrival wasn't very friendly. Could have been a problem with rain or cold as we had to walk between buildings to have breakfast.

Helpful staff, comfortable room,...

There was no soap in the bathroom! Not at all helpful for washing hands. There were sachets of shower gel, but soap is rather more essential. The doors also closed quite noisily, and sometimes had to be pulled hard to shut - not great for a good night's sleep.

Quiet area yet close to city centre. private parking, unusual for a 2 star hotel. 24 hour reception and very helpful staff

On entering the hotel building,it did smell of cigarette smoke although our room smelt fresh.

Quiet, convenient for motorway. Few minutes walk from direct tram to railway station.

This hotel is now integrated with the adjacent Hotel Ibis with usual Ibis facilities, but the evening meal is much more restricted. There is an alternative in the Auberge just up the road, but not much else nearby. We had specified twin room, but were initially allocated a double. Were able to switch, but not before booking documents had been carefully scrutinized!

Car parking facilities good although spaces a little small and we don't have a big car. Friendly and very helpful staff. Good value for price.

Shame there is not a small restaurant/bisro for evening meals

The room was clean and tidied up (towels change included) every day. The hotel is within walking (10min) distance of the city center.

The parking was almost always full, we could only park there one night out of 7. The free wi-fi required a new user-name and password every day. The bathroom smelled of mold.

Good price, very friendly english speaking staff, breakfast (extra cost) very good choice. Would use again. Secure parking.

Dificulty in finding hotel, web site & booking form should indicate that it is associated with Ibis!
